I would never have believed that I would be working in what has now become the world’s fastest growing industry. Originally from a business background working for international companies for 7 years, I realised that I didn’t want to be just a number in a building of hundreds of people; I wanted to be an influential part of driving a business forward, I wanted to be at the centre of the decision making that made businesses successful.
I joined the Maxwell’s team as a Receptionist. Ian wasn’t too keen on giving me the job due to my past job roles, he didn’t think I would stay, but I hounded & pestered him on a daily basis until he gave me the job! I wanted to work in field that I was passionate about and I wanted a new challenge, I now have a career rather than just a job, which alone I am extremely thankful for.
Maxwell’s has been the catalyst in helping me achieve my goals, from buying my own property to literally having a fantastic career and working with such a motivational and exceptional team, which is what I had always wanted.
What we have at Maxwell’s is so unique, even clients comment on how great the atmosphere is in our salon. The truth is, that our clients help build that atmosphere, we have such a brilliant clientele. It’s an inspirational place to work and the team have an insatiable desire to give more than 100% to our clients and to constantly strive to break away from the norm by giving unrivalled customer service, and exceeding expectation. That is what we are all about.
I am now a Director at Maxwell’s, each day breeds new projects to start, new campaigns, new ideas, new systems, it’s incredibly exciting to be part of an award winning team.
Hours:Hours: Monday, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
