IAN – SALON DIRECTOR
I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 25 years and in that time my role has changed from a very busy stylist to more of a Salon director.
I thrive on others achieving, that maybe a haircut, a career decision, or developing passion and skills. I believe I am here to direct my team to enhance their creative skills to not just provide the best service possible for our clients but to make their time at Maxwell’s as fulfilling as possible.
I see myself as a catalyst, it is my job to constantly improve our clients experience. I work together with our team constantly reviewing, and re-creating the Maxwell’s experience aiming always to exceed expectations.
My job is hard, it is challenging, but it is hugely rewarding. I am privileged to work with some amazing people. I love my job and the people that help me do it.
Hours:Hours: I am in salon Monday and Tuesday and available for hairdressing appointments on a friday
