Hayley LAWRENCE - Maxwells for Men Manageress

I consider myself privileged that I have been given such an amazing opportunity to be part of the Maxwell’s team.

Since starting at Maxwell’s my hairdressing skills have gone from strength to strength, I started as a stylist and have now been given the opportunity to Manage Maxwell’s Men.

I feel most passionate about men’s grooming. Since managing Maxwell’s Men I have been given the chance to work with Simon Shaw who has taught me a great deal about Men’s Grooming, to work in different ways to create different looks. Amazing! This helps me to create a unique service to all my clients!

My motivation is sharing my knowledge and understanding with the younger members of the team as I'm one of the in-salon assesses this is a fantastic opportunity to watch them grow into fantastic hairdressers.

Out of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping going to the gym and running .I completed three ½ marathons last year and my goal this year is finish the London Marathon in April,2012

In the near future I am hoping to become a wig fitting specialist and become part of the 'my new hair' team.
