Dolores - Salon Director

I have been in hairdressing for over 25 years now ( I know I don’t look old enough !! ).

Worked in London’s west end Salon’s for 3 years and from there went on to work on the QEII and P&O’s flagship at the time SS Canberra where I met my husband Ian.

Aged just 21 I opened my first Salon “Cuts on Parade” which became the starting point for what Maxwell's has grown into today. I managed the Luton branch for some 15 years and we finally decided to sell the business so I could concentrate on raising our two son’s Ellison and Maxwell. (the inspiration for the renaming of the Salon )

I now have the perfect work / home life balance, working part time in the salon where my passion for making people look and feel fantastic inspires me every time I walk through the salon door. We have a wonderful team who make working at Maxwell's a real pleasure.
